Allergen Notice

CIERO is not an allergen-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from an allergen or cross-contact.

CIERO desserts contain or may contain common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, tree nuts such as pistachios, and peanuts. Ingredients, utensils, equipment, preparation surfaces and storage areas may be shared between products.

Before ordering

If you or a guest has a food allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction, celiac disease, or another food-related medical concern, contact CIERO before placing or confirming the order. Tell us the specific ingredient or allergen involved. We can provide available ingredient information, but we cannot promise that cross-contact has not occurred.

Product appearance and substitutions

Decorations, toppings and branded ingredients may change based on availability. A substitution can change allergen information. Ask for current information when an allergy or dietary restriction affects the order.

Customer responsibility

Customers arranging desserts for other people are responsible for communicating this notice to their guests and for deciding whether CIERO products are appropriate for them. People with severe or life-threatening allergies should not rely solely on website descriptions.
